The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MIMLS this year will be held on 18 October 2026 (Sunday), 10.00am and conducted hybrid (both physical and virtual) from broadcast venue at B-3A-8, Icon City, 1B Jalan SS8/39, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Members who are eligible to attend the 34th AGM should have received the Notice of AGM from MIMLS containing the link to access the AGM documents.

If you would like to attend the AGM virtually via Google Meet, you are required to register in advance at https://forms.gle/S6xSwBfJMip7YVGr6 to receive the meeting link on the day of AGM.

Members who are not able to attend the AGM both physically and virtually, you can also appoint a proxy and indicate the voting instructions in the Proxy Form provided.
