The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MIMLS this year will be held on 27 October 2024 (Sunday), 9.30am and conducted hybrid (both physical and virtual) from broadcast venue at B-3A-8, Icon City, 1B Jalan SS8/39, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Members who are eligible to attend the 32nd AGM should have received the Notice of AGM from MIMLS containing the link to access the AGM documents.
If you would like to attend the AGM virtually via Google Meet, you are required to register in advance at https://forms.gle/AdTwff3nVYwvUVn3A to receive the meeting link on the day of AGM.
Members who are not able to attend the AGM both physically and virtually, you can also appoint a proxy and indicate the voting instructions in the Proxy Form provided.
