The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MIMLS this year will be held on 12 October 2023 (Thursday), 2.00pm and conducted hybrid (both physical and virtual) from broadcast venue at Dewan Tun Hussein Onn, Level 2, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur.
Members who are eligible to attend the 31st AGM should have received the Notice of AGM from MIMLS containing the link to access the AGM documents.
If you would like to attend the AGM virtually via Google Meet, you are required to register in advance at https://forms.gle/GNDitDA9AdkV1FNe6 to receive the meeting link on the day of AGM.
Members who are not able to attend the AGM both physically and virtually, you can also appoint a proxy and indicate the voting instructions in the Proxy Form provided.
