MIMLS was invited to the "Know-Your-Association" Talk held on 7th September 2017 (Thursday) at Monash University Malaysia, Bandar Sunway, Selangor. It was organized by the Monash Science Innovative Community (MSIC) in collaboration with School of Science, Monash University Malaysia.
MIMLS was represented by our President, Mr. Badarul Zaman Abdul Aziz and Council Members, Ms. Harvinder Kaur Lakhbeer Singh, Mr. Khew Jye Kang, Mr. Tan Kian Shing and Mr. Maheswaran A/L Ramalingam.
Other than MIMLS, there are 3 other professional associations invited to this talk, namely the Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT), the Environmental Protection Society of Malaysia (EPSM), and the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (IKM). All the invited associations gave their introductory presentations to the students, including the association profile, events organised, and benefits of students joining the associations as members.
